Wendy Wray

Wendy began her wellness journey with triathlons in her 30s and functional fitness in her 40s. While she continues to coach and practice functional fitness in her 50s, she has added yoga to her routine. In 2021, she tried Yin yoga to bring some stillness to her life and to help with arthritis knee pain. The physical and mental relief she experienced was a clear sign she needed to share Yin with others. In 2022, she received her 50-hour Yin teaching certification.


Wendy’s goal is to provide safe and effective training to help people live strong and full lives. By combining functional fitness, mobility, and yoga, she will provide the tools for people to move through their day with confidence.
