Our 100-Hour Immersion is designed to provide a deep dive into the heart of the Original Hot Yoga sequence (26 + 2), including alignment, breath, posture mechanics, and foundational skills for future teaching. This internationally recognized training offers students a structured, supportive, and experiential curriculum in a retreat setting that promotes transformation, connection, and presence.

CERTIFICATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION
Graduates will receive a 100-Hour Hot Yoga Training Certificate from Willow Gardens Yoga. All hours count toward Continuing Education (CE) requirements for Yoga Alliance-registered teachers and other movement professionals.
