Even if you don’t aspire to teach yoga, a yoga teacher training can be life-altering. This is an opportunity to learn to teach what you love, or just learn more about yourself and your own yoga journey.

Description: Our teacher training is a 200 Hour Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher Training centered in the philosophy of the Eight Limbs of Yoga yoga with an additional option 100 hour option (two immersion modules) focusing on 1) full ashtanga primary series; and 2) the full beginner Hot-26 sequence & hot fusion flow. All 300 hours of our training will take place in our beautiful studio located in the Buda Mill and Grain Company in Buda, Texas.

Our 200 Hour training will focus primarily on ashtanga and vinyasa styles of yoga. We will cover yoga philosophy, anatomy, body alignment, sequencing, Sanskrit, hands on assists & adjust, meditation, proper transitions in and out of postures, and more! By the end of the 200 Hour training, students will 1) deepen their own yoga practice; 2) have a deeper understanding of their own body; 3) understand key muscles of yoga; 4) have a broader understanding of yoga philosophy; 5) create their own creative vinyasa sequence; 6) and teach all levels vinyasa flow classes.

50 Hour Ashtanga Module - This ashtanga immersion is for anyone who wants to 1) teach the full ashtanga primary series and/or 2) deepen their own ashtanga practice. After completion of this module, students will be able to 1) lead a full ashtanga primary class; and 2) assist and adjust during a led primary.

50 Hour Hot Yoga Module - This hot yoga module is an immersion for anyone who wants to 1) teach the traditional Hot-26 Plus Two beginner sequence; 2) create and teach a hot fusion flow (hybrid of vinyasa and hot-26 flow); and/or 3) deepen their own hot yoga practice.

*You do NOT need to be a yoga teacher or hold a 200 hour yoga teacher training to take either of the above immersions. You may not aspire to teach yoga but still want to use these immersion opportunities to enhance your knowledge and deepen your practice.
