Class Descriptions
Hot 26
The original method of a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. We offer two classes- Hot 26 Express-60 minutes and Hot 26-90 minutes. Come in well hydrated and be prepared to sweat, heal and restore. It is great for healing common and chronic conditions. Room will be 99 degrees. All Levels Welcome.
Vinyasa Flow
A vinyasa style flow class designed by the teacher from each of their respective trainings. Expect a variety of yoga poses. We will work on merging the breath with each movement. Be prepared to work your upper body and core, relax and restore all in one class. Room will be between 88-92 degrees. All Levels Welcome.
Mindful Hatha Yoga
Mindful yoga is a coming home to the body as we practice being present in every pose, holding and staying with the sensations that come through by truly being in your body and in the present moment. We will enjoy a gentle practice followed by a guided meditation and savanna. Room will be between 88-92 degrees. All Levels Welcome.
