  1. Subscribe to our FREE YouTube Channel and Set up your Mind Body Account if you haven’t already (you’ll need access to our channel for tutorials and instructional videos to jump start your practice, and you’ll need a Mind Body account to register for your classes)

  2. Download and print the calendar. This is available on our website with the Pilates Challenge (willowgardenshotyoga.com). Post your calendar on Instagram and/or FB and tag us each time you post so we can keep track of your points! 

  3. Plan your classes! Sign up for your classes through our live schedule on our website or through your Mind Body App. Be sure to sign up for the online or in person class - note they are listed separately on the schedule (www.willowgardenshotyoga.com)

  4. Get your journal ready - be able to find things that you write down, like notes, and questions

  5. Practice 30 times in September - every day if possible. If you miss a day, you can double up. We have 11 classes on our schedule, with multiple classes some days, so you can double up if you need to! 

  6. Post at least 2x per week [by Wednesday and Sunday of each week, one picture and one short video]. Tag all hosts and sponsors (be sure to tag us so we can keep tally of your points).  Share each post with two additional people.

  1. Take your initial test! 10-min Core Challenge with Rae [after you do this workout, rate your core strength from 1-10, one being the lowest and 10 the highest]. Post about your 10-min core experience and what you rank yourself. This is the beginning of your journey! 

  1. Each day you will have a specific exercise that you will practice, outside and during your class. These will be posted by us multiple times each day, and often with a short (usually less than one minute) tutorial. Follow and like them daily. Ask questions or make comments. Journal about your struggles, your progress, and your joy!

*The challengers with the most points at the end of the challenge will be entered into a drawing for a brand new Manduka yoga mat AND a private session!

Each class has a virtual option, and most have both virtual and in person options! Get signed up now! It’s not too late. You can double up if you miss a class. Or reach out and we will send you a link to your make up class.

Monday 9am-10am - Wake Up and Stretch: YogaLates - with Kerrie (in person and virtual option)

Tuesday 3pm-4pm - Pilates All Level with Kerrie (in person and virtual option)

Wednesday 9am-10am - Pilates All Level with Tara (in person and virtual option)

Wednesday 4pm-4:45pm - Pilates Core and Booty Burn with Rae  (virtual only)

Thursday 3pm-4pm - Pilates All Level with Stacy (in person and virtual option)

Thursday 7pm-7:45pm - Wind Down Pilates with Rae (virtual only)

Friday Noon - Yogalates with Rae (in person and virtual option)

Friday 1:30-2:15pm - Feet Up Flow: Alignment and Core with Kerrie  (in person and virtual option)

Saturday 7am-8am - Pilates All Level with Rae (in person and virtual option)

Sunday 10:30am-11:15am - HIIT Athletic Pilates/Yoga Fusion with Kerrie (in person and virtual option)

Sunday 11:30-Noon - Feet Up Fun: Core and Inversions (in person and virtual option)

Questions?

What happens if I can’t do all of your offered classes, or if I miss some classes while I am traveling? Don’t worry! You can miss some classes [if our scheduled classes don’t always work for you]. Videos from our YouTube Channel will be sent to you as make ups! Email us to request the videos that you can use for that day. Email us at willowgardensyoga@gmail.com to request your substitute videos so we can give you the appropriate one for that day!

What if I don’t feel comfortable coming into the studio?

No worries! Every class has a virtual option. Just sign up for the Mind Body Online version when you register for the class!
