Kerrie teaches an array of Pilates classes including Ab and Glute burn, Feet Up Fun, All Levels Pilates, Athletic HIIT and Yoga-Pilates.
Kerrie has always been into fitness. Her first training was in Pilates, and loving being in the studio, she then completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Roger and Albina Rippy in their Journey to Power Teacher Training. She now has over 300 in-studio classes under her belt.
Kerrie loves inversions and using the Feet Up trainer to assist going upside down, and to aid in body alignment & core strengthening. She is trained on Feet Up and can help you during open practice time. She offers open studio time on Fridays 1-2pm to come in and work on the trainer, or anything else you want to do! This girl is well versed in her yoga and Pilates practice and can help you with whatever you wish to work on each week.
Kerrie is a mom of three girls, an amazing power yoga, versed in yoga &Pilates, and in general a kind and generous soul. She has several videos and tutorials on our Willow Gardens YouTube Channel for FREE if you want to practice with her from home or while you are traveling.
Kerrie is both ashtanga and Rocket yoga trained (under Gil Perez), and teaches hot fusion flows and power vinyasa! Kerry did her 300 hour advanced teacher training with Albina and Roger Rippy. This was a life changing adventure, delving into advanced meditation, Forrest Yoga, advanced sequencing, manifestation training and more! Kerrie is full of knowledge and amazing yoga tools. Kerrie received her Pilates training from Pilates South Austin Studio with Master Trainers Beth Duckleth and Kari Levassar. This training is out of the parent studio The Pilates Sports Center in Ecino, CA. Kerrie is trained in all levels mat Pilates, in addition to her multiple yoga trainings.
