Do you want to learn how to balance and stand on your hands? No experience required!

The benefits are more than most realize! The focus, strength and balance we practice in a handstand are skills that apply to many areas of our fitness and our lives. Join this workshop to learn the building blocks of the handstand and other arm balances.


Two hours of fundamentals, strength and alignment drills, discussion, and guided practice will have you well on your way to hand balancing.

In this workshop, you will explore ways to connect to your body using breathwork, yoga poses, meditation, mudras, and mantra practice, nervous system self-regulation techniques, sound healing.

These are profoundly impacting sessions where you are being witnessed and supported non-judgmentally. Through our breath, we learn to clear out the blockages and become lighter versions of ourselves. This process allows us to live in an embodied and peaceful way.

Somatic Breathwork and Sound Bath is a guided journey that enables you to explore within, transcend your ego, open your heart, and safely alter your state of consciousness for healing.

This breathwork moves energy in your body to help you heal emotionally and physically. When it’s accompanied by the sound frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes, it permeates every cell of your body, bringing emotional, mental and physical relief, while putting the brain into a meditative state.
