The Team

Kerrie and Rae are not only friends, but colleagues, support for each other and their students, and collaborators. They have a synergy like no other, and they love sharing their wealth of knowledge with you! They also love learning from you! They are experts in their field and work hard to stay current, but they also are forever learners, and always strive to be the best versions of themselves. They have worked closely together for the past 4 years developing and growing the WGY Yoga Teacher Training School. They are currently putting this course, among others, online to make it more accessible to those who can not take it in person. They both believe in the power of Pilates for a healthy spine and strong body, and they believe strongly that coupling yoga with Pilates is the key to overall health and wellness.
