YOUR RETREAT EXPERIENCE

Your Jungle Home
at The Nëst

Step into a setting that invites you to pause before you’ve even unrolled your mat. Handcrafted architecture, natural textures, and suspended jungle nets create places to linger, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the Costa Rican landscape.

The Nëst is reserved exclusively for our retreat. Practice in the open-air yoga shala, enjoy an unhurried conversation after a meal, or hang out in a jungle net to read and rest. The property’s two saunas and cold plunge add to its wellness setting.

Here, your surroundings are part of the experience: a morning in the warm jungle air, an afternoon with nothing to rush toward, and an evening spent connecting with people who have become familiar faces.

Stay in the Bamboo Lodge

Our shared accommodations in Bamboo Lodge offer comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom. Select rooms include kitchenettes, while two rooms also feature private balconies. Choose a twin-bed arrangement or a room with a king-size rounded bed, depending on your selected package.

Traveling with friends? Rooms with two king beds can accommodate up to four guests sharing the beds. Message us for pricing and arrangements.

Your Own Hideaway:
Roble Private Casita

For those who love a space entirely their own, Roble Private Casita offers a queen bed, an outdoor kitchenette, an indoor/outdoor bathroom with a rain shower, and a private plunge pool. Enjoy a refreshing dip between activities or a peaceful morning before joining the group. Reserved for one guest, Roble combines the connection of a retreat with the comfort of your own private accommodation.

The property features:

  • An open-air yoga shala.

  • A suspended zen sharing circle

  • One of the world’s largest wood-burning saunas

  • Suspended jungle nets for lounging.

  • Two saunas and a cold plunge.

  • Shared Bamboo Lodge rooms with private bathrooms.

  • Kitchenettes and balconies in select lodge rooms.

Yoga + Mindful Movement

Let the jungle become the backdrop for your practice.

Our Santa Teresa yoga retreat brings together Ashtanga Mysore, Vinyasa, Yin, and Qigong, with sessions scheduled throughout our stay. Move, breathe, explore stillness, and enjoy the opportunity to practice with Raelynn away from the demands of everyday life.

Our schedule makes room for both guided experiences and personal time. Choose the retreat activities that speak to you, rest when you need to, and enjoy being part of a community gathered around movement and well-being.

Adventure, Explore
+ Unwind

Beyond the mat, there’s a whole coastline to discover.

Set out together for Tortuga Island, where our included boat excursion brings snorkeling, beach time, and lunch into a day of shared adventure. Try an included private surf lesson, or follow a jungle trail to the beach with a picnic packed by our chef.

An outing to Santa Teresa offers time to wander, explore cafés, shop, and enjoy the beach. Between group activities, return to The Nëst to rest or book an optional massage, Reiki session, horseback ride, or ziplining experience at an additional cost.

Whether you’re drawn to a yoga and surf retreat in Costa Rica or simply want a blend of movement, nature, and time to yourself, you can choose how much adventure to make part of your stay.

A Taste of Costa Rica

Nourishing meals and good company are part of our time together.
